GENERATION 9/11 on PBS Tuesday Aug 31

GENERATION 9/11 is a two-hour film to mark the 20th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks, telling the the stories of seven young people who lost their fathers before they had a chance to meet them. The film explores how they balance a collective tragedy and their private grief and asks what they make of the crazy world they have inherited. The young people it features are surprising, funny, smart, and hopeful. On most stations at 9pm Eastern / 8pm Central, but check local listings. Read more & see clips on the PBS program website.
